Fatma Yalman Koker


Fatma Yalman Koker, began her professional carrier in 1986 within the tourism industry and moved on to Finansbank A.S. as a Management Trainee at the Human Resources department from 1988 until 1990.

Being appointed as the Human Resources Manpower Planning and Development Assistant, Fatma has been responsible for performance based evaluation of executives and management trainees, trainings, central reporting, recruitment processes; setting up and conducting job interviews following assessment of resumes, job description reorganizations and the establishment of Mobil-Oil Turk A.S. Retirement Plans in between 1990 and 1992.

Following her appointment as the Training Manager for Unilever A.S., Fatma has successfully managed the organization, planning, execution and evaluation of training programs for top level management of approximately 300 executives working for a number of companies under the roof of Marmara Holding such as Unilever (Foods), Unipro (Industrial Foods), Algida (Ice cream), Lever (Detergents), Elida (Cosmetics), Diversey-Lever (Industrial Cleaning) both domestically and abroad. Fatma has also been responsible for the determination and execution of outsourced trainings of non-management personnel and factory workers, recruitment process for the first bounce managers and young graduates, remuneration and salary surveys, preparation and application of orientation programs and establishment of Health and Retirement Plans.

Fatma has joined Cube Communications and Consultancy in 2010 as a senior consultant specialized in Human Resources and Performance Management.
